DIY t-shirts with A3 DTF Printer
Direct-to-Garment printing has met its rival. While DTG technology works best on cotton pre-treated fabrics, Direct-to-Film printing opens the door to a wide range of choices and is capable of printing onto non-treated cotton, silk, polyester, denim, nylon, leather, 50/50 blends, and more. Direct-to-Film printing is a method that rivals Direct-to-Garment printing. With DTF, graphics and artwork are printed onto a special coated PET film. A lightweight adhesive powder is then applied to the back of the image, allowing for the print to be transferred to numerous types of textiles, including 100% cotton, polyester, nylon, and more. This process gives businesses the ability to skip pre-treatment processes, lower costs of production, and expand their versatility.
