Advanced Flocking Heat Transfer
Our company imports flocking heat transfer lettering film from South Korea, made from high-grade polyester fluff. This fluff is polymerized into a film using a special process, combined with hot melt glue and release glue, and attached to high-temperature resistant PET film to create a cuttable flocking film product.
Process Improvements:
- Design Cutting: Graphics can be cut with a plotter.
- Heat Transfer: Use a heat press machine or an electric iron to transfer the design.
This method allows for personalized clothing printing for small batches or individual pieces, making the flocking heat transfer process more accessible and versatile.
