How solve the UV flatbed printer UV lamp malfunction ?
UV flatbed printer UV lamp belongs to one of the core components of the device. Its main function is to ensure that the UV ink adheres to the pattern surface and can be dried quickly and completely to prevent the pattern from discoloring and falling off. During long-term use, whether it is natural aging of parts or improper manual operation, it will cause fault. There are four common faults: the uv lamp is dimmed, the uv lamp is not off, the uv lamp is not on, and the uv lamp has a wrong lighting distance.
1.UV flat printer UV light dimmed
A. the knob on the water tank changes, the solution: just twist the knob on the water tank;
B. The internal power supply of the water tank is damaged, the solution is: open the water tank, which power line is short-circuit burned and reconnected and repaired;
C. The UV power cord is damaged, the solution is to replace the new UV power cord;
D. The UV light strip is damaged, the solution is to replace the new UV light strip;
E. Poor contact, solution: if the interface is loose, tighten it again;
F. The temperature is too high, the solution: check the freezing liquid in the water tank, and add a new freezing liquid.
2.UV flat printer UV light does not go out
A. Y board relay is aging, the solution is to replace the new Y board relay;
B.During the software does not turn off ,testing UV lamp, and the solution:After turning off the software ,then can test the test;
C. The UV control line is short-circuited. The solution is to replace the control line and reconnect it;
D. Mainboard fault, solution: Replace with a new Mainboard.
3.UV flat printer UV light is not on
A. The UV power cord is damaged. The solution is to replace the new UV power cord.
B. The UV light strip is damaged, the solution is to replace the new UV light strip;
C. The internal power supply of the water tank is damaged. The solution is to repair the damaged part of the internal power supply.
D. Knob 0 power output on the water tank, the solution: adjust the output power of the lower knob.
E. The control software is not turned on. The solution is to turn on the control software.
F. The lamp is damaged, the solution: contact the manufacturer and replace the new UV lamp;
G. Mainboard failure, solution: Contact the manufacturer and replace with a new Mainboard;
4, UV flatbed printer UV light illumination distance error
A. The UV lamp power cable is reversed, and the solution: the UV lamp power cable can be connected directly;
B. There is a problem with the lighting distance. The solution: adjust the lighting on the software.
