UV flatbed printer main circuit troubleshooting
There are three main reasons for the failure of the UV flat printer main circuit: the relay is damaged, the electrical contact is poor, and the ground line and zero line are reversed. When encountering such a situation, the power must be cut off for the first time, and subsequent maintenance work must also be performed in a power off state.
1.UV flatbed printer relay is damaged
Solution: contact the manufacturer and send in a new relay to replace it with a new one;
2.UV flat printer has bad contact
Solution: Check the location of the line interface, find the location with poor contact, and reconnect;
3.Zero line and ground line are reversed connection of UV flatbed printer
Solution: Reinstall the ground line and zero line, and do not insert them backwards.
uv flatbed printer power supply voltage requirements:
1. The socket contains a ground terminal;
2. Copper-containing cables go deep underground;
3. The printer and the computer are connected to the same ground wire to avoid circuit backflow;
4. The power supply is independent, maintaining a 3 meters spacing, to avoid the computer from crashing due to power grid stamping and voltage frequency fluctuations;
5. Install 220V, 10A noise filter to remove power interference;
Note that:
1. Safe production is the first prerequisite. The ground and independent power control of the circuit used by the UV flatbed printer is necessary, and it cannot be mixed with other electrical appliances around it;
2. The voltage regulator must be installed in the installation of the device, otherwise the unstable voltage will easily burn the board in the UV flatbed printer;
3. The operating technician needs to have a primary electrician’s license or system training, otherwise, if there is a circuit failure, he can contact the original equipment manufacturer for on-site repair.
