Why the UV flatbed printer water tank malfunction?
UV flatbed printer water tank is a core component of water-cooled cooling system, different from air-cooled cooling. Compared with the air-cooled type, the water-cooled type is more stable, and has a lower failure rate. When the water tank fails, there will be an alarm sound and the indicator light is always on. It needs to be resolved as soon as possible to avoid affecting the normal inkjet printing.
Water tank failure one: the liquid level is too low
Solution: Open the water tank cover and add new distilled water and freezing liquid into it.
Water tank failure two: The flow is too low and the sensor fails
Solution: Increase the flow of the water tank so that it is within the normal range. If the sensor fails, contact the manufacturer to replace it with a new one;
Water tank failure three: temperature overrun
Solution: When the temperature of the water tank exceeds the set on-line, an alarm sound will appear. You need to reduce the running power or pause first;
Water tank failure four: The power connector is loose
Solution: Retighten the power connector of the water tank of the UV flatbed printer;
Water tank failure five: liquid freezes
Solution: You need to add a new antifreeze solution, especially when the temperature in winter is low, you need to warm up the factory environment of the UV flatbed printer. If possible, you can install an air conditioner, and be careful not to blow it.
Water tank failure six: power supply damage
Solution: The water tank is a part covered by the warranty. If the power supply is damaged, contact the manufacturer and replace it with a new one.
NOTE: Do not use tap water in the water tank of the UV flatbed printer. Too much impurities , using pure water or distilled water. Replace the water regularly for 3-4 months to avoid the accumulation of impurities after a long time.
